# Recuperar a senha

Crie uma senha nova pelo e-mail quando esquecer a sua.

## Recuperar a senha

**Para que serve:** criar uma senha nova quando você esqueceu a sua.

**Quem pode fazer:** qualquer pessoa com usuário cadastrado no GNRx (Operador, Supervisor, Gestor ou Administrador) e com e-mail cadastrado.

### Antes de começar

* Saiba o seu usuário e o e-mail cadastrado na sua conta.
* Tenha acesso a esse e-mail.

#### Clique em Esqueci minha senha

Na tela de login, na aba **Usuário**, clique em **Esqueci minha senha**.

#### Informe usuário e e-mail

Na janela **Recuperar Senha**, preencha **Usuário** e **Email**. Clique em **Enviar**.

#### Abra o seu e-mail

Aparece **Email Enviado**. Abra o e-mail do GNRx e clique no link.

Essa mensagem aparece sempre, mesmo se os dados estiverem errados. É por segurança. Se o e-mail não chegar, confira o usuário e o e-mail e peça de novo.

#### Crie a nova senha

Na tela **Redefinir Senha**, digite a senha em **Nova Senha** e repita em **Confirmar Nova Senha**. Ao aparecer **Senha Redefinida com Sucesso**, você volta para o login.

A senha precisa ter:

* no mínimo 8 caracteres;
* letra maiúscula e letra minúscula;
* número;
* caractere especial (ex.: `!`, `@`, `#`).

### Deu errado?

**"Link Inválido ou Expirado"**: o link venceu, já foi usado ou foi bloqueado. Volte para o login e peça a recuperação de novo.

Depois de 3 tentativas erradas com o mesmo link, ele é bloqueado. Peça um novo.
